John Lieber - New Leaf Realty
John Lieber was a former world ranked professional golfer who’s philosophy is that an attitude of excellence carries over to all career endeavors. John Lieber has built a real estate practice that has grown every year since 2008. One of the things that separates John is his experience as a real estate investor himself and also as a real estate broker for large residential real estate investment groups in the La Mesa and San Diego area. Many of John’s sales techniques were developed out of necessity for investor clients who needed to purchase homes at the lowest possible price and to sell quickly and for as much as possible. As a result, many of John’s investment and traditional clients who have sold homes in recent years have the highest sales
price in their immediate area and/or zip code.
John has helped numerous clients, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors, buy and sell real estate over the years. John Lieber is a licensed real estate broker and has a Business Management degree from San Diego State University where he played on the golf team. John received awards every year when he was with RE/MAX including the 2013, 2014, 2015 Platinum Club Award which puts him in the top 2% of over 100,000 RE/MAX agents worldwide. While at RE/MAX John achieved “Hall of Fame” status in less than 5 years for aggregate sales. Additional awards and designations include the 2011 RE/MAX Executive Club, 2012 RE/MAX 100% Club, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Investment Agent Specialist (CIAS) designations.
In 2015 John joined with a business partner to create New Leaf Realty which is based in La Mesa and is growing rapidly.
As a real estate broker, John’s goal has always been to put the interests of his clients first, and he attributes this to the excitement he still finds in working with each new buyer or seller. Every month John writes a real estate newsletter with his perspective on the current local La Mesa real estate market and the state and national real estate trends. Many of John’s clients find this very helpful in deciding when to buy and sell a home.
